Re: Split Number and its corresponding internal order not appearing in DBM order Document flow. Please advise.

Hi Mathan,

 

Pls check Warranty Actions starting from DBM*. One of the actions update the docflow back in DBM Order. I guess when you create Warranty Split & Claim system is updating doc flow. Later on in warranty claim processing it may be overwriting the flow and removing the entry.
