Select the model on fine tab and slect create vehicle action and select action tab ..enter proper data and press execute action button at the bottom of action screen. But you have to assign you user id to model profile in VELORU. Also make sure you have assigned action matrix to model in VELOS. If vehicle is not crated click on Log button in top menu bar to find the reason
